need a How-To wiki: creating win64 ec2 instances for loaning (Bug 1043530 for motivation)
- does anyone actually know how to do this, i.e. was it documented before jhopkins left?

- I could use cloud-tools/configs/tst-win64 to create a us-west-2 win slave with ami-c6c8a6f6
  - but I needed to change http://mxr.mozilla.org/build/source/cloud-tools/configs/tst-win64#34 as I think this was from our old cruncher setup. you need to fix the relative path to this user_data config
  - also my ssh key wasn't on it so I had to use the default installed pw. This used to be password123! but now it's deploy pw
  - we will need to find out how to clean these machines for loans as relops is not involved for win cloud stuff
