Support
Top issues this week (mostly related to 3.6 update):
- Hotmail with Firefox 3.6 has trouble with forwarding and replying to emails bug 538892.
- Webpages appear very small in Firefox 3.6 on Windows (or occasionally very large). This is most likely an issue related to the operating system DPI setting: bug 549919.
We're starting support-reports: a weekly report of common issues and metrics. See drafts here: https://intranet.mozilla.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=61
- Support visitors jumped 9.25% ... see previous graph here
