Executive Team Weekly Meeting Minutes

  • Follow-up from leadership team planning kick-off last week, and prep for the Thursday leadership team meeting. We’re moving to weekly meetings with the full executive and directors group to have a more open and frequent line of communication throughout planning through the end of the year, and to foster more co-ownership of organizational matters with that team.

Leadership Team Weekly Meeting Minutes

  • Shared reflections following the leadership planning kick-off the week prior. Reviewed the consolidated notes from the planning kick-off, which center around a set of key strategic questions to inform phase three of our strategic plan, and prioritized remaining proposals or questions. Discussed approaches to engaging staff for further input, between now and Oct. 14. The leadership team will bring feedback/insights back to discuss with this group in upcoming calls.
