John: within each bug, there were comments directed at different people. We should have single person responses needed for each bug.

Master bug plus file all bugs, send out mass email asking everyone to read bugs and acknowledge. Outline all dependencies, who hands off stuff to who, etc.

Collectively iterate on steps in process (wiki page)

Meeting Agenda: revising tasks, come up with schedule, filing bugs (with dependcies for each group), set up future schedule
