Outstanding Issues/Concerns
Stability
Current Status
- Crash rate for Beta 5 is at 2.7% with almost 2 million ADUs.
- Crashes showing up on the explosive report recently:
- bug 810797 - New crash correlated to 11.5.502.110 - no adobe bug number yet
- bug 807714 - New crash correlated to 11.5.502.110
Outstanding Issues/Concerns
- https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?signature=npswf32_11_5_502_113.dll%400x33001d and http://bit.ly/SVsTbd
- Email from Sal indicates we should have symbols for that version - what is the current status?
- [akeybl] is there any way to ensure that we have actionable crash data tomorrow during the day (as opposed to the overnight crashes?)

QA
Current Status - Desktop
- 17b6 pending update sign-off, targeting ship by EOD today
- Targeting sign-off of 17rc, 10.0.11esr, and 17.0esr by early morning Tuesday (1 night of testing each)
Outstanding Issues/Concerns - Desktop
- Slightly concerned that doing 3 releases in one day might be a bit tight, does not give much room for error. Can we have a contingency in our back pocket that it's "okay" to ship 17esr on Wednesday if necessary?
Current Status - Mobile
- Respinning Firefox for Android beta 6 build 2 - Android 4.2 Issues - bug 811763 & bug 802510
Outstanding Issues/Concerns - Mobile
- bug 793053 Android product announcements have not been tested. This was a feature that was expected to ship in Fx 17. The UI is present the staging/live server to create and deliver the announcements has not been spun up. QA has a concern that this will get enabled without testing. <=== this is a non issue for Fx17. We have the HW we need for testing for Fx18 Beta. Status meeting scheduled for today @ 11:30AM Pacific: https://etherpad.mozilla.org/productannouncements
- ARMv6 builds are functionally complete. QA notes that the trunk has much better performance than on Fx 17.

We'd like to see some data around the effectiveness of CTP. Anecdotal evidence showed that users just continuously clicked to play rather than updating. We'd like to see if we are indeed getting better uptake of secure versions.
