Silent Update OS Dialogs/Automated testing/Test slaves requirements

- The maintenance service needs to be installed on the test machines (bug 704578)
- The fake CA root we use for our fake key needs to be installed on the test machines.
- We need to add specific registry keys to the test machines in order for the maintenance service to attempt to perform the signature check.
- We need to confirm that all of the test machines run the test suite from an identical path names. If this turns out not to be the case, then we would need to have machine specific registry keys.
