If we freeze tomorrow, there are a bunch of things at risk:

• quick search / global search: out
• message header (more): ?
• migration assistant disk space: ok
• autoconfig: broken for b2, cleaned up for RC1
• message header toolbar customize: out
• non-serial prompts at startup: better for IMAP
• vista mail import: ?

If we slip a week, we'd probably end up with:

• quick search / global search: in
• message header (more): likely
• migration assistant disk space pane: better
• autoconfig: broken for b2, cleaned up for RC1
• message header toolbar customize: likely
• non-serial prompts at startup: probably better for more than IMAP
• vista mail import: likely

--- getting item 1 is IMO big enough win to slip, non-serial prompts is a good bonus
