User Visible Changes to Thunderbird 16

Roland is compiling this page in order to compile a list of what has to be documented for Thunderbird 16

Changes

(numbered for convenience only, not in order)

1. new filelink provider box.com bug 767327
2. silent updates (not really noticeable until the TB16->TB17 upgrade) i.e. on Windows 7, remove UAC prompt, similar on other platforms

Thunderbird 15 and previous release regressions fixed in TB 16
