UPDATES:
- Review of new mozApps IDL is basically done (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=720415), implementation can proceed
- Firefox Sync 2.0 protocol supports browserID, dev underway (https://bug720964.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=592973)
- Work on a Token server for browserID-based Firefox Sync is underway
- There is a new prototype of server-side APK creation as a way to get Native Apps on Android (digitarald)
TASKS:
- Propose a format for storing AppSync data, based on Fabrice's prior app sync commit to Fennec (owner: Ian Bicking/ianbicking)
- Plan a complete staging environment for integration testing of Apps (owner: David Clarke/oncyrenus)
- Propose a solution for Native App experience on Android (owner: Harald Kirschner/digitarald and Myk Melez/myk)
- Implement revised mozApps API in mozilla-central (owner: Fabrice Desré/fabrice)
- Create new "web app mode" in mozilla-central (owner: Dan Walkowski)
- Answer questions about how browserID key wrapping and encryption will be used in AppSync (owner: Ben Adida/benadida)
- Conclude discussion of Ian Bicking's AppCache for Apps proposal (owner: Ian and Ragavan)
- Automatically allow AppCache permissions for Native Apps (owner: Dan Walkowski)
