4.2 Rollout

• 4.2.1 installed on dev server (bugzilla.allizom.org) with full copy of production database.
• Next steps:
  • Testing on full production database.
  • Sanitize database and open to public for further testing, in particular of tools.
  • Limited email extension (whitelist) to prevent confusion and spamming.

ServiceNow

• Waiting on ServiceNow contractor for information on error handling.

QA Field Migration

• Waiting on deduplication fix to free up staging machine for testing.
• Need to publicize process change.

Tracker Flags

• Testing slated for after QA Field Migration.
• Aiming to roll out a week or so after QA Field Migration.
