Description

The procedural framework of a BarCamp may vary from one place to another in accordance with the twin principles of "non-conference" and "all participants". In the initial model, the Barcamp starts with an introduction of participants in the form of a round table where everyone gives their name, affiliation (company, association), if it has one, and three key words that allow to identify its interests. Then participants are asked to include the topic of interest on a large sheet of paper which will then be displayed on the wall. This takes the form of a matrix with one side rooms or tables available on the other slots. All participants are encouraged to submit a project or to assist during an intervention. Barcamp to prepare and facilitate the monitoring, it is advisable to register in advance the subjects that you would like to discuss on the Barcamp wiki page and it is asked each to share information and experiences received at the event, both during and after this one, thanks to the internet public channels, blogs, sharing photos, wikis, to blogrolls and instant messaging software.
