One task scheduling option that is missing from every calendar tool I've used to date is the ability to enter an item that needs to be done on a specific day, but not at any particular time. On a paper calendar it's easy to note "Call Ellen sometime today", but there hasn't really been an equivalent in an electronic calendar. You could put this kind of thing on a task list, but then it is seperated from your calendar view, and easily overlooked with all your other tasks that are going on at the same time but may not be crucial to get done that day. Maybe this is between a task and an event, but instead of an "All Day" event it's an "Any Time Today" event.
