- mike: What happened in 2017?
- mike: we shipped GoFaster webc v1 -> v1.1. It will also us to sitepatch dynamically. It does nothing for now. It can do UA override on desktop right now.
- mike: In 2018 v2.0 has JS patching.
- mike: Google Search Fixer addon. If you are on Google search, we switch to a chrome UA. It is on addon site.
- mike: In 2018 We need to probably shield studies by giving a different version of google search.
- mike: Google Tier 1 testing by Oana, Sergiu and subsequent diagnosis.
- mike: Locale testing. This was good. More than 700 bugs analyzed. As far as I know we continue with Oana/Sergiu in 2018.
- mike: webcompat report site issue in devedition and it was ok.
- mike: we moved the report site button.
- karl: Maybe a consequence is that we receive more scam/deceptive website issues.
- mike: We supported Firefox sprints.
- mike: type-media, type-stylo, support of integration reporting.
- mike: Partner relations program transition from dees to adam. It is now under webcompat.

- mike: Berlin work week. Sessions in Toronto. Taipei work week.
- mike: Ideally, we could imagine one work week with everyone. and Probably 2 or 3 with smaller team on specifics, focused topics. AllHands are great, but work weeks are more productive.
- adam: We went from 70/80 to now 300 bugs reported.
- mike: In 2018, I want to talk on how to improve triage, but also diagnosis.
- biraj: Do we encourage people to use webcompat.com or bugzilla?
- mike: we usually encourage people to use webcompat.com because it is easier. But then if you really know it is a core issue, then it is probably better to open on bugzilla.
- adam: webcompat.com is meant to be an open project welcoming bugs from any browsers.
- adam: webcompat.com queue digests more quickly then bugzilla
- mike: Topic: UX? Explaining the benefits of sign-in on Github
- karl: Related to the github issue, about anonymous reporter being able to leave their details.
- adam: Bug fixes in Core, we pushed.

- mike: Eric giving talks, and user support on Facebook. He made a video on promoting.
- mike: Sergiu/Oana helps with video the sprints.
