Let's look at talk proposals and start to put them on the schedule for the Web Compatibility Summit. And think about other useful topics to discuss during the day, etc.

• miketaylr: coming up in 2 weeks. There should be around 20 or more people. A couple of people of Mozilla, Microsoft, Google, MDN-Mozilla, Adobe, Opera (over video). Some people have proposed a couple of talks.
• alexa: I will be happy if I have time to organize the unconference
• karl: I will be happy of taking minutes, and write up a summary after the conference.
• miketaylr: travels should be ok for everyone.
