Top Japan Sites update (mike)

Let's all give a progress report of what we've been working on for Japanese compatibility.

• mike: Good progress for server side UA override for Fx Android * Regression testing framework in progress.
• Hallvord needs to create a list of things which have to be developed. Marionnette doesn't exist on Fennec unfortunately, so it's hard to know if issues are related to graphics, JS, etc.
• If we're testing, we need to know that WebKit prefixes are still working.

• TODO: Performance testing of overrides (?)
