Distribution Viewer

We lack a good exploratory tool over the dimensions in the main ping. Brendan Colloran created an empirical cumulative distribution viewer over the FHR Data that would be useful to reproduce for the current main ping.

impact

Enable curious audiences to answer basic questions about Firefox at a glance by pre-computing simple measures over well documented and understood dimensions of the ping.
