Stage 1: Definition
1. Feature overview
Ubuntu has bite size bugs, that is, easy to patch bugs.
Also, you had to implement a feature, but there was not enough time, because it was too hard (show a window's parents in the window like Preferences -> Advanced -> General).
Also, if two features are equally important, you should implement the easy one first, because you'll work in the unmentioned medium ones faster, then implement the hard one last.
So there should be a column with Difficulty (easy, medium or hard) and Interval (short, medium or long), that is, "How hard is a feature is to implement?" and "How long does a feature take to implement?" in all these feature tables, starting from the Inbox, because it's easy and short.
