Overview

MAU2Account is an idea pitched by :ckprice as part of the Mozlando Projects. Check out the pitch deck for more information.

Hypothesis

Driving existing Firefox users to an embedded form is an effective method for Account sign ups.

Success Criteria

A CTR, which is equivalent to a sign-up rate, of more than 6%.

Deliverables

Here are the three deliverables for Mozlando:

• The Account sign up form (currently on /firstrun) embedded into a sharable, autonomous web page.
• Channels set up and deployed to drive traffic to the web page.
• Preliminary results from the channel deployments.

The experiment will end in Mozlando. Post Mozlando action items will be to share results with the Accounts team, and determine any viable next steps.

The Kanban board used to track the initial backlog. In Mozlando, we'll be using a physical Sprint Board + Post Its. It will also be used as a history once we leave Mozlando and the hard board is brought down.
