• Make people aware of Mozilla's support efforts
• Reduce the number of people reporting issues and complaining on every status update, by solving peoples problems quickly.

Content:

• Search bar that searches SUMO's KB for help articles
• Top 5 current issues
• Links to the 3 articles written for the twitter campaign
• Mockup: version 1

• Engagement/SUMO for copy on page.

• maintenance from SUMO for top 5 issues
