Exec Summary/Hot Topics
General
- Product has confirmed the MVP definition for all platforms at the User Story level. Engineering breakdown of those user stories is not yet complete. All teams are aiming to complete that breakdown in the coming weeks, and once finalized a forecast for delivery of Activity Stream for each platform will be generated and communicated.
- The release schedule/heartbeat for iOS is being adjusted by 1 week to align with the current sprint cadence.
Desktop
- Current Sprint 'Mount Revelstoke'
- Team continues to work toward Shield Study deployment
- Planning to partially dedicate sprint beginning on Nov 21st to remaining MVP breakdown work, to enable creation of MVP delivery forecast.
Android
- Current Sprint 1.8
- Priorities - new tab/home panel, highlights, telemetry.
- Team capacity has been set for mobile AS team as a whole, but going forward will be calculated separately for Android & iOS sub-teams.
iOS
- Current Sprint 1.8

- V6.0 Code Complete was set on Oct 28th. AS feature development continues through the V7.0 development period.
