Action items
Feature Status Review
- Firefox 88 - On track. No risks/callouts.
- Firefox 89 - Remains challenged mostly due to MR1 scope items.
- Several Yellow/Red QA reports. Engineering is prioritizing and working through the identified issues.
- 2 Challenged features. Modals and Context menus
- Modals development work is still underway. Working to enable pref on Nightly tomorrow. Working to unblock UX reviews of design work. Waiting for QA signoff.
- Context menu front end work has 1 remaining P1 on Front that is already assigned. Work is not considered challenged on Front end. Challenged status comes from Platform side. Large number of failing reftests and a high priority voice over bug that needs to be resolved. All hands on deck in platform to resolve these concerns. Likely to require beta uplifts.
- AVIF has been moved to 90
