- Expose ServiceWorkers in Workers slipped to Fx117 as the team is still working to land in our current Nightly

- Make our DTLS 1.3 implementation spec compliant (Nightly Only) slipped to Fx118 for Nightly enabling pending and outstanding super review
- WebAuthn Level 2 & 3 slipped to Fx118 as the test support work is just taking longer than expected
- Ensure our HSTS implementation is in good shape slipped to Fx118 as it's unlikely to be ready by the 117 soft code freeze
- Support using Firefox as default PDF reader on Android slipped to Fx119 as the security review was completed but it will take some time to implement some identified changes (this was at risk last week)
- Implement Mixed-Content Level 2 removed from the release forecast while DS and Product discuss next steps
