Pitch

This is a meta tracking bug for all UI changes in Firefox that are related to user notification. This includes:

• Transitioning notification bars to the "door hanger" click outside to close

panel design

• Dealing with Application level notifications, like important security updates
• Dealing with all startup and on close dialog box
• Dealing generally with pop-up dialog boxes across the application, including

attempts to create javascript dialogs modal their their particular execution stack
