Firefox 2.0.0.x / 3.0.x
- Currently in triage.
- Scheduled code freeze date is October 24, final ship date is November 12.
Support
- Weekly common issues
- New issues:
- Updates to 3.0.3 "failing"
- People complaining about "pushed" updates
- Still have issues with Password manager in 3.0.3, may be bug 457358
- Specific crash causes
- bug 444930
- bug 451724
- Crash when downloading, may be AV software related. (Norton Internet Security, crash is in OfficeAV) bug bug 458667
- Still have trouble with logging in to Yahoo specifically and with cookies in general.

Beta 1
- builds coming out now
- QA estimate is 5-6 days
- looking to launch next week
Beta 2
- Plan for Beta 2 for review
- complete work on the following features, based on feedback from beta 1
- <video> front end bug 448909
- drag tab to create new window bug 225680
- plugin blocklisting UI bug 391728, bug 391714, bug 449027
- software update issues bug 324121, bug 407875
- complete these late feature additions
- private browsing mode bug 248970
- and associated clear private data improvements bug 453440 and others
- improvements to awesomebar based on community feedback bug 455561 (see Awesome++ wiki page)
- updaates to default windows xp & vista theme (bug needed)
- we're also considering reviewed, solid, tested patches for some other small improvements but we will not hold Beta 2 for these
- complete work on the following features, based on feedback from beta 1
