There was a 1.5.0.3 meeting in the morning and a 1.0.8/1.5.0.2 meeting in the afternoon.

1.5.0.3

  • There was a 1.5.0.3 triage with Jay and Darin in the morning.
  • They reviewed ~15 bug from the Blocker Nomination and Blocker Approval request queues

1.0.8/1.7.14

  • Main issue is with Form and Image field menu regressions. These are major regressions which cause the wrong menus to appear for form fields or images depending on the bugs. The bugs are bug 333035 and bug 333131.
    • Yesterday: Form & images got image menu
    • Today: Form and Images get form menu
    • Options:
      1. Back out all three fixes - to Feb
      2. Check in new fix - respin
      3. Live with today's problem bug 333131
      4. Go back to March 4th - the state we were yesterday - bug 333035
    • We have a new patch already. This is much better tested by Developer. He checked in a test case. Thanks Gavin!!
    • Next steps:
      • ~4 hrs to build
      • Jay will check bug fix and run smoke tests on Win on Saturday morning (since then we decided to have Tracy smoke test all platforms late tonight or early tomorrow morning)
    • TBird is using xpfe version of patch. We don't need separate patch for mail.
    • 1.7.13, and TBird/FFx 1.0.8 to be re-spun
      • Tbird may not be critical, but it needs to be respun anyway.

1.5.0.2

  • Have FFx 1.5.0.2 mars (PPC only)
    • Davel - kicked off automated test
    • Davel - one Mac and one Win end to end test completed. Looks good!
  • Have FFx 1.5.0.2 L10n and UB L10n
    • Davel finished PPC and UB L10n diff
  • PPC running UB - BFTs need to be run:
    • 10.2 - jay
    • 10.4- tracy
  • Intel mac running UB - BFTs need to be run:
    • Native - marcia
    • Rosetta - tim
  • Only full mars planned for UB [Preed]
  • Update paths planned:
