  • Onboarding our new Major Gift Officers, securing MozFest sponsorships and prepping for an August email fundraiser. (Jessie, Will, Juan)
  • Kick-off call for IHR with internal stakeholders; sharing first content outline; clarifying copy + legal and development requirements for Call for Ideas and MozFest submission (Kasia)
  • Prepping to share MoFo 2015-2018 Program Evaluation findings with staff (Insights Team + Lainie)
  • Continuing recruitment efforts for our 6 open positions and supporting the onboarding of our new Major Gifts Officers (HR team)
  • Review completed Fiscal Year 2017 Audit / Close June Books / Finalize Chart of Accounts (Finance Team)
  • Working on the retail strategy over the next few weeks (Sara)
  • Working on our EU strategy over the next few weeks (Jon)
  • Working on next steps on Venmo (Jon & Brett)
  • Working on our response to the draft data protection bill in India (Rachita)
  • Finalizing Thimble/Glitch integration technical planning and initial messaging plan. (Gideon and Jesse)
  • Ongoing buildout of /initiatives, /participate, and /about sections on the Foundation site (Becca, Gavin)
  • Ongoing work around next buyer's guide (Jen C)
  • Continued development of manager training program (Michael and Lotta)
  • Finalizing contracting for all new fellows (Rizwan/Amy/Melissa)
  • Finalizing end-of-grant report for the WINS project (Mehan/Lindsey)
  • Final comms for Open Leadership Cohort 6 submissions (Abby, Chad and Kristina)
  • Preparing travel processes and policies for all travel for MozFest (Amanda & Consuela)
  • Saturday evening event planning and pre-production start. (Consuela, Lucy, Mac)
