  • We all love the vydio.
  • We need to keep update the wiki page ;)

Things that went well

  • Interesting meetings about the testing the architecture, liked the way of testing architecture.
  • We are becoming a team, more aware of other people work.
  • Again we are doing good job with blockers.

Things that went not that well

  • We can support each other more in complicated tasks.
  • Feature development has been delayed cause of blockers.
  • We need to give more feedback as a team for the new specs.
  • We got performance blockers way to late on the pipeline.

Actions for this sprint

  • Work together in things that are big.
  • Give more feedback about features.
  • Make our work more visible, use better the wiki page, try to do what SMS team does with side by side images and/or videos
