Requirements

• User can set local time zone
• User can set local date & time
• User can set temporary travel time zone
• System can to sync to carrier time
• Apps can read and adjust to current timezone

Application specific requirements

• Calender:
  • Adjust for and schedule events over multiple time zones

• Mail:
  • Dates/times should be relative to current timezone
