Page title question

We are using MediaWiki, aren't we? MediaWiki has a nice way of doing internal links: "[[Link Target|Link Text", as opposed to "LinkTarget". SoWeDon'tNeedToBeCamelCase. Why isn't this page under Gecko:Native widget overhaul?
