Identity/BrowserID/Etherpad

Summary

Etherpad is used widely by the Mozilla community. It is a good candidate for being BrowserID enabled.

Scope

Everywhere an email address and password can be used, will be replaced with BrowserID flow.

Email confirmation around passwords will be removed.

The authentication UX is fairly hozed for Etherpad. We won't try to fix this in our initial implementation.

Stretch Goal

Create config for a domain whitelist bug 701853. Any email address with a domain matching the list can automatically join that team pads, instead of emailing the teampad admin for confirmation.
