Firefox 3.1 / Axel

• Impact on condensed release schedule on locales? No real impact yet, just need to be very explicit and communicative to locales, especially those moving out of beta
• FF 3.1, no nightly builds since we moved version number; builds are running, just not uploading
• No new locales catching up on Hg; 19 locales with just Axel contributing

Web/Pascal

• Working with Laura Mesa on locales who don't have a localized download page
• Creating new code for better locale detection

Tools/Wil

• Verbatim: new contributors showing up in IRC, cool
• Would like to move a bit faster with Pootle. Move schedule up for frameworks

Testing/Tim

• Survey is getting ready to go for

Web services/Stas

• Made some progress on Bulgarian providers, things are looking good there
• Bug regarding use of "https" for protocol handlers; looking for advice from team

Silme/community/Gandalf

• contribute.mozilla.org merge with www.mozilla.org; need some help on wording of major categories
• Second-round of mockups from TRO look good; sent minor feedback; just waiting for final template
• Silme: working on closing tracking bug to release stable version; Adrian seems to be satisfied with his work on the API
• Nepali localization update: no resources on the team to translate, time to move out of incubator, looking for new Nepali localizers

Chofmann

• Getting locales in beta to final; what is the release criteria
  • Figure out usage metrics
  • Connect with localization teams to get idea on feedback

Community

• Pascal will be in Lyon; there will be some Nepali students there
