Details on compare-locales hacking

  • Added DTD parsing checks, with some specific heuristics for what is an error and not an error
  • Comparing print-f parameter checks for property files
  • Sethb updated on MOZ_LANGPACK_CREATOR
  • Pascal gave some updates on Web 1l0n community
  • Balkan event planned for May 22
  • Bugzilla descriptions for new components will land in Verbatim for translation

Pike

  • Set up Lorentz
  • updated bugsy for new bugzilla API
  • hacking on compare-locales, adding checks, filing bugs

Stas

  • p12n dash hacking going well, expect something at the end of the week
  • OTC has some problems with disappearing posts (likely WPML's fault) :(
  • I was in Kiev last weekend, blog post is forthcoming.

clouserw

  • launched 5.8 last night. Will have an increased amount of L10n for the forseeable future, but not orders of magnitude more.

Gandalf

  • L20n XUL binding work - it's usable, stable and got 2 rounds of reviews now
  • Jetpack L10n API - coding + planning. Initial API for common pool planned for 0.3. Not sure if we will have any sort of web resource for it by that time through :(
  • Pontoon web client work - web version of pontoon jetpack that operates on clean HTML.

sethb

  • Goal setting with Shaver
  • Survey launched and monitoring (http://bit.ly/MozillaL10nCommunity)
  • L20n job search ongoing
  • Jetpack meetings with Gandalf
  • L20n meetings with Gandalf and Pike

Pascal

  • kept working on 3.0.19 EOL page + associated surveys
  • 3.6.2 firedrill
  • back from Solutions Linux, made contact with Breizh LUG for feedback on Breton langpack
