- discussed a flock of things l20n with gandalf

- salvaged old translations from TikiWiki's DB which were slated for oblivion (9,000 strings!) (see 564831 and 564862)
- added Student Reps on Verbatim, helped Seth with i18n last week, made a couple of follow up commits after Pascal's changes
- trying to get an update on the World Cup website (which is supposed to be part of Zamboni) and prep for the l10n

- internationalized campus reps (gettext, lang switcher, locale detection, basic rtl support, 404 with locale detection handling, made sure it is more future-proof than it was). Planning to use this as a draft for gettext-based marketing mini-site
- fix for download boxes now using proper decimal point/comma per locale landed
- fixed mozilla.com logic in prefetch.php for locale fallback that was breaking Finnish
- found 2 new French localizers (Greg and Yohann) that will work on campus reps
- proposed fix today to export-po.sh to make sure that the .po files we generate for our sites actually work in poedit.
