Description of target audience 1) Regionally, our target audience is aligned with Firefox-OSs target markets and standard ones. FF-OS target launch markets are: Colombia, Venezuela, Poland, Mexico, Brazil and Spain. This means: PT + ES are the most important ones. 2) Additionally EN, DE and FR are standard-must-have ones. 3) And then there is ID, NL, IR, RU and RS, where Flicks 2012 was outstandlingly popular in terms of traffic.

We know the timing is tough, so the project might roll-out in 2 phases. Phase 1: Infos only, no video submission functionality; Phase 2: Submissions open
