Accessing the Mozilla Paris office

- On both Saturday and Sunday we will have someone who will coordinate letting you in to the office entrance.

- Arriving at hotel
- Find the Roissy Bus outside of CDG. You can buy tickets from machines near the bus stop (buy also the return ticket directly, so you can get reimbursed). Note that Roissy Bus tickets can also be bought at metro stations automatic machines in the city, it doesn't have to be a Roissy Bus stop. Remember to keep the receipts or we can not reimburse you!
- Take the Roissy Bus from CDG to the Ópera stop.
- Walk from there to your hotel.

Meals
- Breakfast: breakfast is available at the hotel
- The office has coffee and tea so that should be available throughout the event.

- Dinner Friday night is not organized. You have a budget of 50 euros max.
- Dinner Saturday night at restaurant. Budget per person is 50 euros max (payed by staff).
- Dinner Sunday night at restaurant. Budget per person is 50 euros max (payed by staff).
- Snacks
- You are welcome to help yourself to snacks and drinks in the office, but please be aware we do get charged for each snack and drink consumed. Please only take what you will eat/drink, and make sure to discard any trash. The office is well equipped with recycling in the kitchen as well as in the first floor.
Reimbursements
Please keep a copy of all your receipts otherwise we will not be able to reimburse you! Dinners are budgeted at 50 euros max. per person. You are only asked to pay out of pocket for the Friday night dinner.
