How to join this l10n team
To help localize Mozilla products and websites into Romanian:
- Create a Pontoon account to submit translation suggestions.
- Make 1-2 suggestions to get a feel of the Pontoon interface and to be counted as a Romanian contributor. The project mozilla.org is best suited for beginner contributions, but you can pick any you like.
- Read the style guide and have a look at the terminology
- Learn to use Transvision, a web-based translation memory, to make sure translations are consistent with the existing translations.
- After you've submitted a few translation suggestions and you verified their consistency with Transvision, e-mail the following team members to get feedback for your contributions:
- Jobava at jobava[AT]mozilla.ro
- Ioana Chiorean at ioana[DOT]chiorean[AT]gmail[DOT]com
- Cristian Silaghi at cristian[DOT]silaghi[AT]mozilla[DOT]ro.
- Introduce yourself to the Mozilla Romania community by emailing the mailing list.
- If you find bugs in the existing translation, please file a bug here.
