Tools / L20n
- Q4 evangelism goals
- Primary focus: Making the transition from l10n to l20n.
- Finalize branding decisions for l20n.
- Get contributors/feedback from LocWorld presentation.
- Once 1.0 beta is released, send out announcement company-wide asking for people to experiment with it in their projects (message also needs to firmly state that we're putting this out there because we think this is right [no design/feature feedback, only dogfooding bug feedback])
- Doc migration to MDN.
- Brown bag/screencast on making the transition to l20n.
- Q4 dev goals
- Release 1.0 beta (yay!)
- bug squashing, testing, performance, doc
- define what 1.0 release means
- possible beta release (following Persona's example?)
- Scalable bug/feature tracking for Q4
- [stretch] Begin talking about next stage designs (Gecko bindings) for l20n.
