Main Features

Ubiquity 0.1.9 is a maintenance release of Ubiquity. It introduces an easy way to upgrade to Ubiquity 0.5, the newest version of Ubiquity.

Download It

If you already have Ubiquity, it will automatically update itself soon (you can also go to the add-ons manager and click "Find Updates" if you are feeling impatient).

Upgrade to the Future

You are encouraged to upgrade to Ubiquity 0.5. It features:

  • The first internationalized Ubiquity, where even non-coders can help bring Ubiquity to their language
  • A more natural, human, and robust way to give Ubiquity instructions.
  • A new, game-inspired interactive tutorial.
  • An experimental smart suggestion feature.

Install latest version of Ubiquity for Firefox

You won't be upgraded automatically to Ubiquity 0.5 for a few months. That's because most 3rd party commands won't initially work with Ubiquity 0.5, and we didn't want to break the commands that make Ubiquity useful.

A Note about Command Feeds

If you continue to use Ubiquity 0.1.9, the built-in commands and most 3rd party commands should continue to work. If you try to subscribe to a command that is written for Ubiquity 0.5, you'll be gently prompted to upgrade from Ubiquity 0.1.5 to 0.5 via a notification.
