Dear Mr. Anderson,

We write to request the takedown of the Firefox Add-on "Google Keep" on trademark grounds. We are including the following information (Trademark Notice) as outlined in the Trademark Section of Firefox's "Legal Disclaimers and Limitations" page.

An identification of the work or works that you claim have been infringed The Firefox Add-on "Google Keep" and the yellow light bulb icon use by the developer Ninja.

A description of the nature and location of the material that you claim to infringe your trademark, in sufficient detail to permit Mozilla to find and positively identify that content, including the URL where it is located The add-on is located here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/google-keep/

The add-on provides the user quick access to Google Inc.'s Google Keep product.

The name of this add-on makes unauthorized use of our GOOGLE and GOOGLE KEEP trademarks. Google Inc. owns numerous trademark registrations for the GOOGLE trademark world-wide, including the following U.S. registrations: 2806075, 4120012, and 4202570. Google Inc. also filed the following U.S. trademark application, which was recently approved for publication: GOOGLE KEEP, serial no. 85/880,127.

We believe that users will be confused by this use and mistakenly believe that this add-on has been developed by and/or is managed by Google Inc.

Google also uses the GOOGLE KEEP trademark in application on the GOOGLE PLAY marketplace:

The developer is also using the Google Keep yellow light bulb icon in connection with its add-on. Google uses this yellow icon in connection with its Google Keep service (see the Google Play and Chrome Web Store links above). Again, users will likely be confused by this unauthorized use of our trademark and believe that this add-on has been developed by Google.
