TM: Fruit Ninja Logo (Please see additional evidence for an example of the trademarked Fruit Ninja Logo) These infringing applications contain exclusively owned Halfbrick Studios trade marks. I have a good faith belief that the Halfbrick Studios property and material, which is described above, has not been authorized for use as part of the applications, which are listed and described in the below table, by the Trademark owner, its agent, or the law. I also assert that the information contained in this notice is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
