Re: Unauthorized use of Harvard's Trademarks

Under penalty of perjury, I believe in good faith that the use of the material on the http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/gallery/Designer/fernando.mera website has not been authorized by Harvard University (we have not licensed or authorized the individuals who have put up the material using various Harvard trademarks, names/logos, to do so). The information contained in my notice is accurate. As the Director of the Harvard Trademark Program, I am authorized by Harvard University to act on its behalf as it relates to all trademark matters.

The trademarks being infringed are as follows:
