Hi

I am an IP Paralegal at King. As you will be aware King develop and produce online and mobile games including the hugely successful “Candy Crush Saga” game.

King.com Ltd owns all Intellectual Property Rights, including copyright, in the game Candy Crush Saga, available on Google Play at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsaga (and other platforms).

The games found at the links below have copied our game, infringing our rights. https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/candy-crush-1?src=search https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/candy_crush?src=search

The games were previously listed under the same developer name [removed] and was removed following correspondence with the developer. That developer is now denying any connection with these games. We have attempted to contact the developer of the games as now listed, but they have failed to respond. Copies of my correspondence is attached.

Please now remove the games.
