addition, Harmony Gold owns the federal trademark registration for the related Robotech and Macross
trademark.

Gold's exclusive copyright and trademark rights by marketing the Robotech videos and images to the
public through the www.getpersonas.com Website. The following link is the location of the infringing
material.
