As a paralegal of The Pokémon Company International, Inc. (“TPCi”), the owner of copyrights in the world-famous Pokémon intellectual property, I am providing this notice pursuant to Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and including the required DMCA elements for notification of content infringing on TPCi’s Pokémon intellectual property.

This notice is in regards to the infringing Add-ons Themes uploaded to Mozilla Firefox by Reika and located at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/user/MissReika/themes.

The Themes include images of Pokémon characters which are copyrighted by TPCi and are being displayed and distributed via Mozilla Firefox without permission. For further description of the copyrighted work, please see TPCi’s pokemon.com website, in particular: http://www.pokemon.com/us/pokedex/.
