In intended compliance with information from your webpage (as provided to me by my clients), please note the following:

1. As General Counsel to Wichita State University and the WSU Intercollegiate Athletic Association, Inc., I am authorized to represent these entities.

2. Please note that your "Firefox" software product currently displays/offers usage of the name of Wichita State University and representations of two registered marks (see attached), i.e.,

Script WSU/wheat design

Registration Number 3,829,485/U.S. Patent and Trademark Office

Muscular WU

Registration Number 2,342,944/U.S. Patent and Trademark Office

The purpose of this communication is to document that your company's use of these marks and the University's name is without consent or authorization. On behalf of Wichita State University and the WSU Intercollegiate Athletic Corporation, Inc., I hereby respectfully that your continued usage of such marks and said name immediately cease and that your company take affirmative steps to desist from such usage in the future.
