Please find attached a DMCA notice for the persona theme at http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/persona/25592

Additionally, this is the second time we have had to send a notice relating to this particular artwork. Our first notice concerned theme 131596. That theme was removed, but this one has now popped up in its place. We would appreciate it if something could be done to reduce the likelyhood that this will continue to occur.

The firefox theme, located here: http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/persona/25592 makes unauthorized use of Jenny Romanchuk’s artwork.
Section IV: Statement of Infringement
Jenny Romanchuk has never authorized any other party or parties to make use of this image. Your member did not solicit her permission to use her artwork. If the member HAD requested such permission, that request would have been denied. No one other than Jenny Romanchuk is permitted to make use of her artwork.
