Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing from Zynga Inc. (“Zynga”). Zynga develops and publishes video games, and is the owner of the exclusive copyright in the FarmVille game (the “Game”), which includes the software code, screen displays, art, and images therein.

It has come to our attention that FarmVille is hosting content that makes unauthorized use of the copyright protected material from the Game. This letter of notification is sent pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 USC §512(c), to provide actual knowledge that material on the FarmVille network or system infringes on the exclusive copyright held by Zynga.

The infringement is located at the following URLs:

Based upon information at our disposal, I have a good faith belief that use of the Game material is not authorized by Zynga, its agent, or the law. Accordingly, we demand that you immediately remove or disable access to the infringing material at the location identified above.

Under penalty of perjury, I hereby affirm that the statements in this notice are accurate. I further affirm under penalty of perjury that I am authorized to act on behalf of Zynga, who owns the copyright protected material that is infringed as described herein. This is without prejudice to the rights and remedies of Zynga, all of which are expressly reserved.
