The material which I contend belongs to me, and appears illegally on your service is the following: A painting that I created titled "Birth of a Star". I own the full legal copyright to this work, and it is registered with the US Copyright Office.

Unfortunately the use of my work is not authorized for your service, and the rights granted by the person who uploaded it as a "theme" are not theirs to grant. Therefore I must ask that my work be removed from your service.
