Infrastructure

• MindTouch is working on a patch for our recent problems with the syntax highlighting extension. There is a race condition when starting multiple hosts, where they clobber each other's settings, causing the extensions to not load.
• We have added a banner to the header of MDN, which we use when the problem crops up, to indicate that we know about it and are working on it.
• Today (Jan 18) we are using that banner to promote the SOPA strike, but we are not blocking any MDN content for the strike.
