The MDN community meeting takes place in the #devmo channel on irc.mozilla.org at 10 AM PT (18:00) UTC). It's open to anyone that would like to participate, so please feel free to join in!
Events
- (FredB) Doc sprint in Montreal, Feb 9.
- Possible mini-sprint in Mountain View, Feb 4 with apps engineers.
Content
- In preparation for Mobile World Congress (Feb 25-28), we need lots of docs finished for Firefox OS, apps, and web dev in general. See the MWC subproject list for details.
- An "How to start contributing to MDN" page on MDN
GSoC
- We should start preparing any ideas we might have for GSoC soon.
Kuma
- Lots of work on internals right now in preparation for the site redesign work, so not a lot of visible changes.
MDN Reps
- Progress on MDN Reps and SIG
- When it should be launched
- When it will get a shape
- Janet will have an update on this at our February 27th meeting.
Triage
- New documentation request Bugzilla form goes live tonight.
- (sheppy) Review new dev-doc-needed bugs; open doc bugs for them.
- More mentor bugs in bugzilla
- Sheppy will work on getting existing bugs triaged.
